Shipping & Delivery Policy
Naylor & Naylor’s Shipping and Delivery Policy, which is incorporated by reference into the Naylor & Naylor Terms of Use, is as follows:
Method of Shipping; Shipping and Other Costs
As part of the order procedure, you will be asked to select your preferred form of shipping method, and your shipping cost will depend on the shipping method you select.
We will inform you of the shipping costs for the selected shipping method in the order summary displayed on the Website before you confirm your order. This amount will be payable by you in addition to the price of the Product(s) and the relevant sales taxes, if any, on the Products and other Services you have ordered. Please note that any international shipping costs will not include any customs, duties, import taxes or the like that may be due on your order. You are responsible for the payment of such duties and taxes to the relevant authorities.
Products will be packed in our beautiful complimentary gift wrapping, together with Naylor & Naylor’s care instructions, and shipped via a common carrier such as the USPS, FedEx, UPS or the like. Some carriers may not ship to a PO Box or an APO or other military address. Not all shipping methods may be available to certain destinations or delivery addresses. If none of the common carriers servicing your delivery jurisdiction will deliver to the type of address provided on your order, Naylor & Naylor reserves the right to delay shipping your order until such time as you provide a valid shipping address, or to cancel your order.
Shipping and Delivery Timing
As part of the order procedure, we will advise you of the estimated time for delivery and methods of shipping available for the delivery address.
All orders placed before 5.00pm EST Monday through Friday for Products in Naylor & Naylor’s inventory will be shipped out by the close of business of the next business day.
This timing does not include any Products that have been listed by you on Naylor & Naylor’s Product Waiting List. For such Products, we will notify you when they become available again, at which time you can place an order for such Products until such time as they again become unavailable.
A tracking number will be provided to you when your order has been shipped, which will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order. Typically, deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays, and international deliveries may experience customs’ delays.
If, for any reason, we are unable to ship all or part of your order without a material delay, we will contact you with new estimated shipping and delivery dates.
