WHAT WILL SHIPPING COST ME?

As part of the order process, you will be asked to select your preferred form of shipping method, and your shipping cost will depend on the shipping method you select. You will be informed of the shipping cost for the selected shipping method in the order summary displayed on the Website before you confirm your order. This amount will be payable by you in addition to the price of the Product(s) and the relevant sales taxes, if any, on the Product(s) and other Services you have ordered. Any international shipping costs will not include any customs, duties, import taxes or the like that may be due on your order. You are responsible for the payment of such customs, duties, import taxes or the like to the relevant authorities in the delivery jurisdiction.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders placed before 5.00pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, for Products in Naylor & Naylor’s inventory will be shipped out by close of business of the next business day.


HOW DO YOU SHIP?

Our Products will be (1) packed in Naylor & Naylor’s beautiful complimentary gift wrapping, together with Naylor & Naylor’s care instructions, and (2) shipped via a common carrier such as the USPS, FedEx, UPS or the like.


DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes, we do ship internationally. However, if none of the common carriers servicing your delivery jurisdiction deliver to the type of address provided on your order, we reserve the right (1) to delay shipping on your order until such time as you provide a valid shipping address, or (2) to cancel your order.
