Returns & Exchange Policy
Naylor & Naylor’s Returns and Exchange Policy, which is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use, is as follows:
ELIGIBLE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase, or in the Terms of Use and or in this Returns and Exchange Policy, you may return or exchange a Product purchased by you via the Services for a refund or an exchange.
You may return or exchange any eligible Product within twenty-one (21) days of its date of delivery to you.
All Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, unsoiled and undamaged, and packed in the original gift box (and, where possible, the original delivery box) with a copy of Naylor & Naylor’s original invoice.
Naylor & Naylor will only accept returns via a common carrier with tracking service.
You must email us within the 21 day period noted above at hello@naylornaylor.com, providing your invoice number and the reason for the return or exchange, as well as the tracking number of the common carrier through which the return or exchange is being delivered back to us. If we do not receive your notification within such 21 day period, the Product in question is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

All sales items are final sales, and are not eligible for return or exchange.
RETURNS
Once we have received and inspected your returned Product, and determined it eligible for return, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your credit card or other original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take additional days after your credit is applied by us to post to your account. Your refund will include the price you paid for the Product, plus applicable sales tax collected, if any. If the returned Product is not in its original condition, shows signs that it has been worn, is used, soiled and/or damaged, it will not be eligible for a refund or an exchange.
EXCHANGES
Once we have received and inspected your returned Product, and determined it eligible for a requested exchange rather than a refund, and to the extent we have it in inventory, we will exchange it for the same Product in a different size and/or color. For all other exchanges, please contact our Customer Service Team at hello@naylornaylor.com to discuss, subject to availability, your exchange options, and for us to collect or refund any price differential and sales taxes, if any, between the Product returned for exchange and the new Product. We will ship your new Product in accordance with our Shipping and Delivery Policy. If we do not have a requested exchange Product, or a particular size or color in inventory, we reserve the right to refund the price you paid for the returned Product, plus applicable sales tax collected, if any.
